STOR-Kleen – For Food Safety Programs, Product Growers, Packers, and Storage & Packing Facilities
Designed specifically for your food safety program, for produce growers, packers and, specifically for storage and packing facilities. A proprietary blend of quaternary amine cationic soaps in combination with high-density low moisture compact foaming agents.
A powerful, fast-acting cleaner that will give ceilings, walls, floors, and other hard surfaces the clean start necessary for your application of a sanitizing agent such as Peroxy Punch.
Stor Kleen is unique in its cleaning ability as it adheres as a foam to surfaces for an extended period in order to penetrate and breakdown stubborn bio/dirt.
The hydrotropic solution in STOR-Kleen adheres to surfaces (even overhead) for extended periods allowing the quaternary soap/detergents to penetrate even the most difficult of bio/dirt coated surfaces to provide exceptional breakdown and deep cleaning beyond any product that is available to the packing industry.
STOR-Kleen is highly concentrated, allowing for the most difficult storage facilities to be cleaned in the most economical manner.
When followed with our Peroxy Punch sanitizer, the combination can provide a more thorough and longer lasting food safety compliance.
For best results, foam application equipment should be used to apply Stor-Kleen, spray foam on surfaces and allow a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes contact time then rinse the surface thoroughly with clean fresh water, preferably with a high-pressure sprayer.
Application rate is 1 gallon of Stor Kleen to 128 gallons of clean water.
For surfaces that are hard to clean using a higher concentration of up to 5:128, lightly scrub these areas with Stor Kleen and then reapply the foam.
